  6. This is a cheat for Red Alert. This cheat will not work for
  7. multi-player games unless your opponent has the exact same version of
  8. the rules.ini that you do. It does work for missions and skirmish mode.

  11. All you have to do is place the rules.ini in your Red Alert directory.
  12. That itself won't change anything. Then, you have to use a text editor
  13. such as notepad to change the values on the left column of the text
  14. according to what the right column says. In other words, read what the
  15. right column stands for, and then change the left column accordingly.
  16. Note that you have to restart Red Alert if it is already open for the
  17. changes to take place. Have fun!
